IncraSoft Private Limited ("IncraSoft", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website, healthspark.in, and our digital SaaS product, Healthspark, a hospital automation, patient care and finance management system.

Our practices follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws.

1. Information we collect

• Personal information: name, email address, mobile number, hospital or organisation name and location, and your role (for example doctor, administration, staff).
• Enquiry details: the demo date, demo type and mode, and any message you send us through our forms.
• Patient and hospital data (Healthspark users): patient information, medical records, hospital workflows, billing and finance data entered into the Healthspark software by your hospital. We process this only on your hospital's behalf, as described in section 6.
• Payment and billing information: billing address, invoices and payment details, where you buy a subscription. We do not store full card details on our website.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, device identifiers and basic usage logs, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to arrange demonstrations.
• To deliver and support the Healthspark software, including technical support and account management.
• To send service updates and product information you have agreed to receive.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve our services, keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking

The website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work, such as remembering your preferences and keeping forms secure. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this section and give you the choice to opt out. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Sharing your information

We share limited information only with:

• Payment gateways, to process payments.
• Hosting and cloud providers, to store data securely and keep the service running.
• Service providers who help us deliver support or communications, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Correct or update your information.
• Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data, subject to legal requirements.
• Receive your data in a portable format.

6. Hospital data and our role

For patient and hospital records stored in Healthspark, your hospital is the data fiduciary and IncraSoft acts as a data processor. We handle that data only under the hospital's instructions and the agreement between us. Requests about patient records should be made to the hospital concerned.

7. Data security

• Encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit, and encryption of sensitive records.
• Role-based access, so each user sees only what their role allows.
• Regular reviews and audits against recognised security practices.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any incident.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for up to the period required by law. Hospital data is kept for the duration of the subscription and as agreed with the hospital.
